The Sandrift Club welcomes visitors from Europe and of course all the other parts of the world. Our friendly little complex (only 22 units) has been visited by many, many people of other countries, especially those of Europe. We can be a perfect place to visit in the summer or in the winter.
Why chance a summer vacation in Europe where the sun can hide out for days and be replaced with cool weather and rain? The sun shines nearly every day in beautiful Naples. Yet, with the summer breezes, it doesn’t get overly hot. Our average temperatures in the summer are:
| ° C | June – 27 | July – 28 | August – 28 |
| ° F | June – 81 | July – 82 | August – 82 |
Stroll the lovely beaches near the Sandrift, dine at either casual or fine restaurants a short walk away, cook your own meals on our community barbeques or in your own kitchen (all units have kitchens), play golf on one of the towns 35 golf courses, or play tennis at maybe the finest public tennis court complex in all the world (just across the street from the Sandrift).
Plus, bring the kids along to Naples. If they tire of making sand castles on the beach, swimming in the warm waters of the Atlantic ocean, playing tennis, fishing, waterskiing, sailing and canoeing, then get them in the car and drive up to visit Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida only a little more than 3 hours away by car.
In summer our one-bedroom condos with kitchens, sleeping 4, rent for only about 385 Euros or 260 Pounds a week. Two-bedrooms condos with two bathrooms, sleeping as many as 6, rent for only about 445 Euros or 300 Pounds a week. (Euros and Pounds cheerfully accepted, using the current exchange rate. See the “Rates” section of this web site for costs in USA Dollars)
Why chance a winter vacation in some place where it might be really cold? Go to Southern Florida. The sun shines nearly every day in the winter in Naples. The nights may cool down some, but the average high temperatures in Naples are:
| ° C | Dec – 24 | Jan – 23 | February – 24 | March – 26 |
| ° F | Dec – 75 | Jan – 74 | February – 76 | March – 80 |
In winter the beaches near the Sandrift are still mighty nice. Plus there are lots of outdoor activities that are great all winter long. For more information, see “Things to Do” section of this web site for more ideas.
